1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  
  

2. Shipping Duration

•  Deliveries across Pakistan: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  
  

• We currently ship nationwide within Pakistan only.
• We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or customs delays.

3. Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services.
  
  

• In case of wrong address entry or unclaimed packages, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  
  

4. Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  
  

• We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable

5.  Shipping Charges

             • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

            • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3000.

6.  Payment Method

• We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only across Pakistan.
• Payment is collected at the time of delivery.
